Terms of Service

If you are not satisfied with your print(s) or have changed your mind, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase.  

To arrange a refund, please send an email outlining the reason you would like to return your item to gallery@smithandpartner.co.uk. We will then need to receive the product within 14 days of the refund being actioned. 

We require items to be returned in original condition, in the full original packaging. Once we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund you as required.  

Refunds are normally processed within 7 days of us receiving the goods, although please allow up to 3-5 working days for the balance to be restored to your account. Please note: we, unfortunately, cannot refund shipping costs back to you unless the product is faulty or damaged.  

Please use a local post office or Parcelforce. We would advise sending any returns with tracked shipping as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.  

If you are local to our art gallery in South Kensington, we recommend delivering the piece back by hand if possible to reduce everyone's carbon footprint! 

If you would like to talk to us about exchanging your order please send an email to gallery@smithandpartner.co.uk and we would be happy to find another piece to suit your needs! Please note that a maximum of 1 exchange is allowed per customer order.
